Lets Walk on Jupiter!
Healthier Jupiter is launching Walk on Jupiter, a physical fitness challenge to encourage everyone in our community to walk. Working together we can walk the distance it would take to land on the planet Jupiter.
Walking is one of the simplest and least expensive ways to increase your physical activity. It can be done by people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Increasing physical fitness by walking is important for your health, and lowers your risk of developing diabetes. Another benefit of walking is how easy it is to turn into a social activity with friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, clubs or even strangers! So join the Walk on Jupiter challenge and become a Walking Captain or join an existing Walking Crew.
