2018 Student Film Contest

In 60 seconds or less students will tackle big-picture questions: making walking fun; encourage others to walk or walking safely in Jupiter.

WHO: Elementary, Middle and High School Students in Palm Beach County – The Video must be filmed in the Greater Jupiter Area
DEADLINE: March 8, 2018
Elementary: $50
Middle School: $75
High School: $100

Contest Highlights:
• In 60 seconds or less (including credit page and Jupiter location where filmed), students will address one of the three topics above in an educational or inspirational way;
• All screenwriting, directing, camera/filming and editing must be completed by the student producer;
• Entries must be submitted before 5 p.m. on March 8, 2018;
• Finished filmes must be uploaded to YouTube with the url (and additional information) submitted via the submission form below.

In the 2016/2017 School Year Healthier Jupiter hosted our first ever Student Film Contest. The contest was open to Middle and High School Students in Palm Beach County, with all films being filmed in the Greater Jupiter Area. In 60 seconds or less students tacked big-picture questions; making healthy food fun; adding physical activity to your day or walking and biking safely in Jupiter.
