Low Fat Banana Vanilla Milk Shake

NOVEMBER HEALTHY RECIPE!

Low Fat Banana Vanilla Milk Shake

(1 Serving)

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 4 ounces of skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Sprig of mint or pinch of cinnamon

Directions: Slice banana into chunks and place in blender. Mix skim milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add milk mixture into blender. Add in ice cubes. Blend one minute or until smooth. Pour in a glass and top with mint or cinnamon.
