Healthier Jupiter hosted a Bike Valet at the Town of Jupiter – Jupiter Jubilee on February 4th. Over fifty bikes were parked throughout the day at our first-ever Bike Valet. The community response was phenomenal.
A Bike Valet is a secure bike parking service, designed to encourage community members to ride bicycles to community events. This service promotes physical fitness, eases traffic congestion, keeps area clear of bikes parked improperly and provides a “greener” event status. If you would like information on how to easily add a Bike Valet to your next event we would be happy to share with you all the information you will need to be successful – Contact Us. Our goal is to share this information as much as possible to see Bike Valets an option at all events.
Thank you to our volunteers Boy Scout Troop 774, the Town of Jupiter Recreation Department for trying this and the Jupiter Police Department providing bike registrations and helmet fittings.
